End User Licence Agreement

This agreement covers the Atlassian Marketplace apps published by Vector Grove Capital LLC (“the Apps”). By installing or using an App you agree to these terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Apps on the Atlassian sites for which you hold a valid subscription, for as long as that subscription remains active and in good standing.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Apps, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Data

The Apps run on Atlassian’s Forge platform and operate entirely within Atlassian infrastructure. We do not receive, transmit, or store your data on our own systems. See the Privacy Policy for specifics on what each App reads, writes, and stores.

4. Billing

Billing, trials, refunds and cancellation are handled by Atlassian under the terms of the Atlassian Marketplace. We do not process payments and do not hold your payment details.

5. Support

Support is provided through our public issue tracker; see the support page for scope and response targets. We aim to respond within two business days. Support is provided in English.

6. Warranty

The Apps are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Apps derive and write values into Jira fields. You are responsible for validating that those values are correct for your purposes before relying on them for release decisions, audits, compliance reporting, or any other consequential use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Apps shall not exceed the fees you paid for the App in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

8. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms, or when your subscription lapses. On termination you must uninstall the Apps. Data written into your Jira instance by the Apps remains yours and is subject to Atlassian’s own retention behaviour.

9. Changes

We may update this agreement. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date and noted in the App’s Marketplace listing.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
